Vocational and continuing training Level II
The vocational training comprises a main course of 1 year and a
project study of 1 year.
Main course
The main course requires basic knowledge of the constellation work (orders in family systems, methodology of family constellations).
These fundaments are resumed once again in the first two seminars, updated and related to the comprehensive topics, general concepts as well as to the methodological and philosophical issues.
In the following seminars of the main course, the fundaments of knowledge for the work in projects are laid and the projects are prepared. Parallely, the work focuses on the personal issues coming up in the context of the professional topics so that imparting of knowledge and self-awareness intertwine.
Project study
At the end of the 1st year the project study starts. It is considered as learning through observing a real object and exercising the practical application of the constellation work, the systemic knowledge and the holistic-phenomenological attitude and point of view. So, at the same time, new insights into the application of the constellation work in different practice domains can be gained as well as possible new fields of work opened up. In this way, the training also prepares for a future activity not exclusiveley consisting of guiding free constellation groups.
In the project study the trainees chose a project within a field of practice which they are interested in and which they accompany one year (as a kind of traineeship). Trainees working on projects of the same subject area regularly exchange their views.
During the modules, there are continuous reports on the projects as well as supervised constellations and explanations on the project process. Apart from the learning from his own main topic, one witnesses what the others do and does not become too unilaterally specialised. The constellations are guided above all by other trainees (under supervision).
